Dylan Turquoise is the new female fragrance from Versace and is the latest addition to Versace’s Dylan Blue pour Femme and pour Homme fragrance line.
About the new Dylan Turquoise
Euroitalia unveiled the new sustainable female fragrance from Versace.
The perfume contains 85% biodegradable ingredients, in line with green chemistry principles. Also, it includes the latest biotechnology research.
It is now available in selected domestic and travel retail markets. It also offers a wider travel retail rollout scheduled for March.
Dylan Turquoise is produced and packaged in Italy using FSC-certified, raw materials. It also comes in plastic-free packaging.
Quality of ingredients of Dylan
Perfumer Sophie Labbé created this ‘vibrant and glowing’ scent. It belongs to the floral, woody and musk olfactive family.
Labbé said, “Versace asked me to create a vibrant and glowing fragrance which combines tradition and modernism, just like the fashion house. I wanted to create a luxury fragrance using the highest quality ingredients that combines sustainably-sourced ingredients with very modern and innovative molecules.”
Firstly, Dylan Turquoise opens with mandarin essence, lemon primofiore essence and pink pepper top notes. Fresh accords of guava juice, jasmine petals, freesia and blackcurrant heart notes follow. Finally, it finishes with dry down base notes of clearwood and musk.
Clearwood is made from sugarcane. It is also the first synthetic ingredient produced using biotechnology processes. Also, it combines amber and woody notes without any earthy or camphor traces.
Inspiration and design
Versace’s design codes inspired the Dylan Turquoise fragrance bottle, which features motifs from Greek mythology. The flaçon comes in blue frosted glass with pale gold details as well as an aluminium cap. An embossed version of Versace’s signature Medusa head logo appears on the cap, along with an engraving of the scent’s name. An engraving of the word ‘Versace’ also appears on the top of the bottle in Baroque-inspired letters.

A Mediterranean holiday theme characterises this campaign. A remote island in Sardinia was the perfect location to capture the essence of Dylan Blue. Fellow Versace Dylan Blue brand ambassadors Bella Hadid and Louis Baines also joined Bieber here.
Campaign film director British/Canadian filmmaker Gordon Von Steiner mimics the movements of the sea with fluid, circular camerawork.
Dylan Turquoise is available as an Eau De Toilette in 30ml and 50ml as well as 100ml formats. It is also available as a Perfumed Hair Mist 30ml, Perfumed Bath & Shower Gel 200ml and Perfumed Body Gel 200ml.
